Effiom Essien OKU
Effiom Oku is a Chief Lecturer and a Charles R. Darwin Professor, Institute of Biopaleogeography, Poland. He teaches Climate Change Science Agrometeorology and Hydrometeorology &Environmental Science and Management.
JAMES IJAMPY ADAMU
James Ijampy Adamu is a Senior Lecturer with the WMO Regional Training School, Lagos, Nigeria. He is currently a PhD Scholar of Agricultural Meteorology and Climate Change Science.
Kamaladdeen Mu’azu
Kamaladdeen Mu’azu is a Lecturer 1 at Muhammadu Buhari Meteorological Institute of Science and Technology Katsina. He completed Msc Land Resources Development 2016 at the Bayero University Kano.
Mohammed Ansar Gambo
Mohammed Ansar Gambo is a Lecturer II at Muhammadu Buhari Meteorological Institute of Science and Technology Katsina. He completed Bsc Geography in 2011 from Umaru Musa Yar’adua University Katsina, National Diploma in Urban and Regional planning in 2006 from Kaduna Polytechnic and Fundamental Meteorological Course for Graduate at Muhammadu Buhari Meteorological Institute of Science and Technology Katsina in 2021.
Ojonigu Friday ATI
Ojonigu Friday Ati is a Professor of Geography with specialisation in Climatology, climate change and remote sensing and GIS. He has over 100 publications in Peer-reviewed international and local journals, conferences, seminars, and workshops. His key research is in drought and desertification and the impact of variability in seasonal rainfall characteristics on agriculture and water resources development in the Sudano-Sahelian zone of Nigeria.
MAIKUDI GADDAFI ABDULLAHI
Maikudi Gaddafi Abdullahi is a Lecturer II at Muhammadu Buhari Meteorological Institute of Science and Technology katsina Institute, who completed his under graduate at Byero University Kano 2013, by the 2017 he completes his PGD in Land Administration and Resources Development at Bayero University Kano. 2019 at Bayero Univerty Kano he also completed his masters in Geographic Information System. He was part of 2020 graduating staffs at (MBMIST) Katsina.
Ibrahim Lawal Kane
Ibrahim Kane joined Umaru Musa Yar’adua University (UMYU) Katsina as Graduate assistant in the Department of Mathematics in December 2006. Prior to coming to UMYU, he was an assistant lecturer at Isah Kaita Collage of Education Dutsinma Katsina State. Ibrahim received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Statistics from Usmanu Danfodio University, Sokoto Nigeria in 2002 and 2010 respectively and Ph.D. from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2014.
Amir ABDULAZEEZ
Amir Abdulazeez is a Senior Lecturer and Academic Researcher based in Nigeria. He completed his first degree (Geography) in 2010 and Master’s Degree in Physical Geography in 2015 from Bayero University Kano (BUK). He had his Ph. D in Geography with specialization in Fluvial Geomorphology from Federal University Dutsin-Ma (FUDMA), Katsina State in 2023.
Rabi’u Tukur (PhD)
Rabi’u Tukur is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Environmental Resources Management Federal University Dutsin-ma. He had PhD and MSc on Land Resources Development and BSc Geography in 2021, 2011 and 2002 respectively from Bayero University Kano (BUK) Nigeria. He is a professional teacher with Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) qualification obtained in 2005 from Usman Danfodiyo University Sokoto.
